Oil pressure high at idle but low at hghway speeds?

Okay, I have four Volvos and one pickup truck. The pickup, though not a Volvo, has an engine. Volvos have engines too, and since this site is visited by some of the most brilliant mechanics out there, here goes an annoying non-Volvo but pro-engine question I can't figure out anywhere else:

In my 1965 Ford F250 Camper special with a V-8: At idle the oil pressure is fine, but goes down as RPMs increase from about 30PSI at idle to about seven at 60MPH. If this were a Volvo, what wouldst thou suspect?

Thanks for your patience,

Ben
