740 voltage & oil pressure gauges 700

I've had a 245 for about 5 years, and just bought a 745 last week.

I retrofitted my 240 with the stock voltmeter and oil pressure gauge out of a 240 turbo. My car had the wiring harness and available dash space, which made it easy.

Is a similar addition possible with a '92 740 wagon? Those two gauges saved me from breakdowns far from home in my 240, so I'd really like to have them--but I'd prefer not to hack up my interior.
