I went through this process two years ago. You can get rebuilt calipers from RPR or IPd. For about the same price you can rebuild your own. Why would you want to do that, you ask? If you rebuild the calipers yourself you can replace the chromed pistons with stainless steel ones. One reason these calipers sieze is because the chrome on the pistons pit. Stainless ones will last alot longer!
At the same time I installed a set of stainless steel/kevlar flexible brake lines from IPd.

One more thing, check the rest of the brake hydraulics thoroughly! I ended up replaced the master cyl and rear slave cyls at the same time as all were leaking. Lots of $$ but brakes are really important.
