Removal of lines from fuel tank 200 1981

Hello all,
I recently aquired a 244 GL that has a bad pre pump. The question I have is do all 3 lines seperate at the tank ? I could remove 2 fairly easily but the last one seems to have a solid line under the rubber line. Is there a way to seperate this line, without destroying it? Any help, advice is greatly appreciated.
