I underatand that this element was discovered by Thomas Jefferson. He is reported to be the first to realize the dangers of this substance in large quantities. I suspect he would be quite concerned with the mass of this material we have in our country today.

Maybe it is time to review some of his writings on this matter with the aim of reducing the volume we have. This however will be quite a challange for many of our citizens. They are not experienced with taking resposibility for themselves, and doing so will be quite a change. Governmentium increases in volume in exponential proportion to the number of special interest groups that sprig forth. It is a mutaion of a true government into a something that tries to be all things to all people and is fueled by misdirected $$$.
