Try to find an M410 from a 164E and mate it with the later overdrive unit from a 240 because the final drive ratio will work better than with the OD unit from the 164. I had this set-up on a '68 144S that worked well.
You will need the M41/410 to mate with the B20 engine unless you mess with adapters and bell housing change-outs.
