A/C Oil -- How to add, after system's been vacuum tested....? 900 1993

I Just replaced my Condenser, Drier, Orifice tube. (Condenser went bad about 3 weeks after replacing a leaking pipe and having system serviced).

Went to my local shop (small village - only game in town situation) for a test & recharge. It held vacuum OK, but the tech wasn't able to add oil (to compensate for that lost with the replacement parts) because his machine (Robinaire, I think) only puts oil in via the HIGH side (Blue) line.

But he HAD put some in during the earlier (leaking pipe) servicing -- about 6 weeks ago. He believes he used an "Injector" that connected to the LOW (and ONLY) port. If so, the injector got lost since then. Questions:

1) Is there a such a thing as a "LOW side Injector?"
2) And if so, would it also be needed to add the R134a?
3) Any other way(s) to add oil/r134a?
