1983 245 power steering pulls to the left 200

I've got a 1983 245 with a power steering issue. There's a constant pull to the left, even when the car is sitting at idle. It's fairly strong, too, as the car will pull the wheel all the way left on its own until the belt begins to squeal. Does anybody have any idea as to what's wrong/how to fix it?

The RH front brake caliper seems to be leaking as well. Is there any chance these could be related?

Thanks!
