Intermittent starting problems unsolved 700 1991

As Rob said, resolder the fuel pump relay AND ALSO the radio suppression relay (underhood).

My '91 740 quit one day, a few miles from home, and it turned out to be cracked connections in the fpr.

Two weeks later, it quit again. This time it was cracked connections in the radio suppression relay.

In frustration, I resoldered every relay I could find in the car.

It has been over a year without a hiccup.

Resoldering costs you $0 ---- so if it helps nothing, you're out nothing, and it harms nothing.
