jerking problem 900

I think that the "OxygenSensor" you replaced was actually the "Inlet Air Temperature Sensor" if it was near the air filter. This indicates a "Regina" fuel injection system (as opposed to LH system).
I have the Regina Service Manual, and may be able to help, but need clarification of symptoms...

"...the car starts to jerk after waiting in the traffic jam for a long time." Do you mean before you start to move the car? Or after you have begun to move?

By "jerking" do you mean the car hesitates-moves-hesitates, etc.? Or are you referring to the 750 to 500 Rev fluctuation?
"....The rpm starts to fluctuate up down between 750 to 500 and couple of times the car engine has died in the midst of a traffic jam..." Again the question: Was this with the car NOT moving?

"...but on a rainy day, the car does not jerk eventhough i am stuck for couple of hours." This problem does not occur in wet weather?

So far i have changed plug cables, oxygen sensor that is near the air filter and many other things. (What "other things" have you changed?)
