Manual trani Buzzing or minor grind from 2nd to 3rd? 200 1989

Noticed it this weekend.
Sometimes when upshifting from 2nd to 3rd, I get a very very slight buzz-like feel on the shifter. I believe it's on the way into 3rd not on the way out of 2nd. If I slow up on the shift, it isn't there.
Has anyone felt this or know what I have going on? Not that I bang through the gears but I guess I will be shifting a little slower for now on.

With respect to this, I have 231000 miles on my Clutch, Should I be looking at that for a reason? I think they are self adjusting, I have never adjusted it and I have no issues with shifting into 1st gear so I was kinda ruling out that the Clutch is the problem.
