Junkyard 240 Blown Headgasket update 200 1987

Well, I just came back from the "yard", here's what I know.

It's actually an 87 although it's got the big headlights (hmmm), 166K on it.

It started and barely idled. and very rough at that. I revved it and it smoothed out and sounded strong. The dipstick revealed brown foamy goo, obviously the gasket is shot. No noticeable oil leakeage around head, but a damn dirty bay. New radiator so it looks like some one was trying, also gallon jug on the floor.

Body wise straight and relativly rust free. Broken tail lights (rev lense broken on both) and 1 turn signal broke. Tan cloth interior, a bit dirty, no tears. Needs a rear trunk lid.

Sounds like a project to me, now to sell the wife. I got pics to help.

Wish me luck. Art
