overheating 200 1980

I have installed an aftermarket electric fan on my 240 after trying to get rid of an overheating problem and high head pressure on the a/c system. The car already has a 3 row core radiator but it will over heat when it is not moving.The fan I installed was from a hot rod parts supplier but is a 14 inch fan. Is their an after market fan that will bolt up without reinventing the whole setup and cool the car? I understand there are instructions out there but I can not seem to hit the search right to find them. Jim
