SLUGGISH TRANNY - KICK-DOWN CABLE 900 1994

I don't know about down in the transmission but my '93 940 NA was shifting late. I found that I had dislodged the sheath for the kickdown cable where it mounts up by the throttle pulley. I had been reaching down under the intake manifold for something and managed to push that sheath so it was crooked. This caused the cable inside the sheath to bind. After I straightened the sheath, the trans shifted just fine. No tools needed!
