Transmission Fluid Flush - HOW TO?? 200 1987

Volvo Friends,

I have been doing my own regular Oil & Trans. Fluid changed(drain) ever since I own my old Faithful 240DL with 190K on it's badge. Recently, I've been thinking to use Amsoil Trans. fluid hoping to add more life to it esp. now that it's showing sluggishness from shifting low to high gear. A lot of people said " It works very good".

Accdg. to Volvo Manual the actual capacity is 7.8 quarts but I will be able to remove only at least 4 quarts out of that if I do the drain method. Is there a method someway to completely flush the old reg. trans. fluid? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
