my 240 Turbo needs major help 200 1982

Hello, i have a 1982 240 Turbo. The turbo guage works but there is no
accellaration. Further, a cloud of white smoke comes out between
shifting if i gas it and if you just regularly gas it hard. One tech
determined that it is coolant leaking into the exhaust. and it is
a white smoke and not black or blue. So, another tech said it
was the turbo - that it is deffective. The compression test
shows 125 on each cylinder. the valve cover gasket is leaking
on the fourth cylinder and the spark plug for that cylinder is
extra white. Can anyone with experience help me, based on what
i've described, to determine wether it is the turbo or a blown
head gasket or a cracked head? You could reply to
kaweh@kaweh.com Thank you for your time.
