B23E Won't Start 200 1982

I have checked a number of No-start posts on the board and have conducted many of the checks suggested. I have Haynes and Clymer books for reference.

My 1982 242 GT with B23E (10.5:1 compression) 130 Hp Non-turbo standard (M46) has become a non-starter. Died on highway and coasted to a parking lot. Towed home 36 hours later and while using the starter to position car in the driveway, started and ran for 2 minutes. Died and would/will not start, cranks but does not fire.

Suspected Fuel pump relay as I have had similar situation with 85 244 GL and replaced it. No joy.

Dremmel polished all fuses and fuse holders since considerable corrosion noted.

This model does not have the 25 amp in-line fuse of later models.

12 Volts at the main fuel pump connectors and 12 volts at the connector to the in tank fuel pump when key in start position.

This model has a fuel filter high up on the firewall, driver's side. Disconnected inlet line from the filter, attached a hose to the inlet line and was able to pump gas into a pail with key in start position.

Disconnected flexible hose from the fuel pressure regulator at the point of connection with the rigid return fuel line. Attached hose to the flexible line, cranked but no gas delivered to the pail.

Good spark at each plug.

Good continuity on wires between coil and ECU.

Any thoughts or suggestions on something obvious but being missed.
