We're not allowed to do that. 200 1989

I work in a supermarket when I'm home from Uni, but making deliveries in our own cars is not allowed for insurance reasons. We do it of course, If a home delivery bag goes missing and you've got an elderly customer on the phone who has no dinner, you're a pretty crap person if you don't correct your mistake and drive around to their house. But I've been told that if one of us is ever involved in an accident driving on company time, the duty manager can lose their job. The only car we're insured for, is the store managers company car, but I don't think I'll get to drive that.
