Still overheating and tune-up. 1800 1964

Hi everybody,

Ý posted a question before and get a lot of answers, thank you. Since then i have replaced the radiator with a 4 core unit, put a bigger 6 blade fan on the waterpump, add a 12" electrical fan in front of it and flush the engine. The car still gets toooo hot (i've to add that i live in the south of Turkey - Very Hot here 45 degrees Celsius).

Today i thought of adjusting the valves and tune up the engine a bid. Where can i find the tune-up secs for a B20 engine to see if my engine is within the specs. The heater hose is bypassed - could this be the reason for overheating?

Any help is highly appreciated.
