Manifold Replace or repair 200 1983

I found out why my car has been sluggish. Where the exhaust manifold connects (bolts) to the header pipe (i think) is a good leak. I can feel it very good with my hand in front of the two pipes connecting. The manifold that connects to the engine looks very rusty, but don't think there's any other leaks. I do notice a 3" white hairline mark between the 2 & 3 nuckle, what is that mark? Where may I purchase a good reasonable priced exhaust manifold or should I just install a new gasket between the 2 pipes? Should I also change the 4 gaskets where the engine and manifold meet?
