IPD exhaust header? 140-160

I've got to replace my exhaust manifold {cracked} on my stock B20f injected. I was thinking of getting a header from either IPD {cheaper painted one} or a V-performance one {$100 more} The engine is going to be rebuilt this winter with some porting of the head & decking of the block. Any comments on whether the V-perf is worth the extra bucks. How bad is the Ipd header as far as low end torque & flow?
