89 240 stall code 231 200

Hi what's up everyone, driving home this afternoon the engine stall several times, but I managed getting home, check engine light on code is 231, "too rich mixture" ?, I could not get a steady idle, while engine off I diconnect the AMM, the car starts fine and idle well. Is this means I need a new AMM ? where can I get a quality replacement ? the AMM is original. I know it's expensive, but where can I fine test procedure before I replace it, thanks in advance.
