timing problem solved/but distributor still leaking oil

Thank you. I searched before but was unable to find the page you wrote. It is very helpful. In your picture I see the small O-ring in the same position where I placed mine. Should the larger green O-ring be visible from the outside of the distributor before it is installed in the head? I had it there (I think that is what I see in your picture, but can't be sure, I have an old monitor) for a while but still had a leak coming out of the back.
