Bad clutch part II. John Sargent, you were right. (again) 700 1988

I finally got under the car to evaluate what the problem was when the clutch slave cylinder pushed it's piston out, jammed and drained the fluid.

I don't have the tranny out yet but looking into the bellhousing through the release arm hole I can see that the arm has cracked at the pivot and there is very little left of it. I can see the pivot ball through the arm easily.

I did get the driveshaft out. Front section anyway and will proceed with the trans removal as time permits.

Any tips on removing the trans will be greatly appreciated. I'll remove the pin on the shift lever, remove the starter, disconnect the OD wiring, remove the bellhousing bolts and the transmission's lower crossbrace then slide it back and lower.

Am I overlooking anything?
Thanks,
