Wiring question - help! 200 1981

I have a blue/red and black wire that I presume were hooked to something at some point in time. The ends have no connectors and are behind the passenger headlight surround / ICU area. I have tried looking in Haynes/Bentley to see what might make sense, but am not having much success. Any help is appreciated, along with what the connectors should be.
