Hesitation and Poor Mileage 200

I am getting a noticable hesitation on acceleration more so when the engine is cold and my gas mileage went from 25 to 20 mpg almost over night. For the first 184,500 miles my 85 245 M-46 got 25 mpg around town for the last 2 tanks it has been 20 mpg. Nothing new done to the car over the last 2 weeks and it has been driving just fine and idles good. It has good plugs, wires, cap and rotor. I do have the original biodegradable harness that is definately living up to its name. Thanks Dan
