Driver's Door Wind Noise 700

Hi:

I have some wind noise coming from the Upper Gasket area on the driver's side door. It's quite annoying at highway speeds for such a quite car. The Gasket is plyable and looks good. The door closes fine but seems to be too far out on top and too far in on the bottom.

Does anyone know how to adjust this?
