Sound familiar to anyone? 700

This sounds like it is coming from the right rear tire. The noise is a click that sounds as if it something in the drum. I took the drum off and there is nothing loose in there. It also can only be heard when coasting. The click sound increases in frequency with the speed of the tire spinning. It sounds more like a vibration from the back as you get up to driving speed 40-50mph. As soon as you give the car any gas it disappears. It also disappears whle coasting if you make a left hand turn. The sound can not be duplicated while the rear of the car is on jacks and giving the car gas.
