1991 Volvo 940 SE 900 1991

I need little help with a set of shocks to replace the self leveling Noviamats (sic) on the bakc of this car. I have been told that at least two different shock manufactures make a gas replacement for this car that doesn;'t a weeks wages or more!

Anyone know of who makes thes or have had experience with changing over, I cannot believer in our world of technology that a replacement is not avaialble- at a reasonable cost??
