How do you remove the lower exterior body trim? 200

I looked in the archieves but I didn't find what I was looking for. I want to take the lower plastic 4+/-" plastic trim off my 86 245 and put it on my 85 244. Do you guys have any advice. Also I've got the drawtite hitch on the back, will I have any trouble getting the rear piece on?
