mirror vibration 200

i seem to have a vibration problem with the driver side and rear-view mirror of my 1990 240....it's not very noticeable driving in the city but when cruising at 120 km on the highway the reflection of both mirrors vibrates enough to be an annoyance......at 130 km the "vibrations" pretty much blur the cars behind me while the left mirror seems ok.....i have new tires on the front that have been both balanced and aligned....could it be a problem with one of the rims? or, is it more likely to be a problem with the shocks, tie-rod ends, struts or suspension? the previous owner had the car in to be checked after hitting a pot-hole and they changed the engine mounts....any help would be appreciated...
thanks.
