Volvo SB Works for Momentary loss of Engine RPM 900 1994

For soome years I was experiencing a momentary loss of RPM when accelerating from stop. This symptom happened maybe once in 100 times and I could not see a pattern. Then I noticed the problem only happened with AC on. There is a Volvo SB on this - #28-910 -I believe it covers Bendix/Regina systems used on 740 and 940 models to 1994. There is a "kit" - addition of capacitor at the ECU terminals. The fix works! Not something the average person could easily diagnose.
