Can't believe I can't find the block drain 900 1995

I just spent 45 mins during what I hoped to be a complete engine coolant flush and drain, but I couldn't find the block drain on my 1995 945T. I read the posts: back of the block on the passenger side under the exhaust manifold. BUT I couldn't find anything. There was nothing there that was 13mm. There was nothing there.

The only thing I saw was a line that went from the back of the block up and around to the top of the turbo. Was this a hose I was supposed to unattach to drain the block?

If so, do I need to worry about redoing the process. I drained all my Dexcool out and flushed with tap water through the thermostat and through the top rad hose. I did it with the bottom hose attached and then let the system fill up and then I pulled the bottom hose and it all came out looking like very fresh water. I made a mixture of new Zerex G-05 and distilled water and filled the system.

Should I be concerned about whatever tap water is left in the block after my flush? Thanks for the input.
