Sizeable Oil Leak; Crankcase Pressure, Damaged Rear Seal, Distributor Seal? 700 1986

I really need help.
A couple of days ago I noticed a sizeable oil leak underneath my brick.
The leak is diretly under the center of the back portion of the engine.
The only problem is, I can't tell where it's coming from.
The puddle of oil I leave is located approximately 4 inches in back of the Oil Drain Plug. I'm really scared that it's the rear seal, but I know that my distributor cap and rotor were changed a couple weeks ago and that may be the cause of the leak. Is there any way to tell where the oil is coming from, I breifly tried to take a look from above the engine and from the sides, but no dice? Any clues without getting in there and pulling stuff out? Is there a quantity amount normally associated wih either of these leaks?

Problem# 2, I also failed the "jiggle" test this week.
It's kind of funny, because I tested the car a couple of weeks ago, and I didn't have strong suction, but the oil cap wasn't "jiggling" like it is now.
Can the crankcase pressure build up that fast in a mater of weeks?

In order to diagnose the cause of my leak, I'm going to attempt to clean the flame trap and replace it. Can someone tell me exactly where it is on my brick?
I've read the FAQ's, and I'm still not sure that I've found it.
Everything is so buried under the manafold, and I don't see a vapor box or oil separator, or anything else mounted to the engine block above the starter.

I do see a small hose running from the top of the manifold betwen the 2nd and 3rd ports that goes downward towards the side of the block, is this it?
I can't really see where it goes, it looks like it has a black stopper on the end and is going into a tube of some kind. My view of it is blocked by the hoses coming from the IAC and a bunch of other stuff underneath near the starter.
I thought that the flame trap was white plastic? I thought that there is a another stem eminating from this thing? What gives?
I also saw other small hoses in the area connected by a white plastic piece, but I don't think that these hoses were connected in any way to the manafold?
I'm confused, please help!
