Hub Covers 444-544

I put a set of Ford Ranger wheels on my PV to allow me to fit 185x15s more comfortably. Of course, my old hub caps didn't fit, so I used the Ranger hub covers -- the plastic ones with the holes that fit over the lug nuts and the three screws that hold them to the wheels. I dressed them up a bit with red disks and Volvo Vs, and, although they don't look too bad, they do look decidedly truck-ish, which doesn't really suit the car. Does anyone know of any less heavy-duty looking, possibly, cup-type covers that will fit through the 2 13/16" center holes of the Ranger wheels, or another, more or less aesthetic, solution? The smallest cup-through-the-hole-types I've been able to find so far are about 3" OD.
