1997 960 ABS system

Regarding my 1997 Volvo 960 ABS brake system.

I have continued to experience severe rotor warpage over the past 70,000 miles requiring constant rotor replacement or resurfacing after 5,000-7,000 miles of use.

After many trips to the dealers and service shops in the area without success, I replaced all 4 rotors and brake pads for the 5th time, I also decided to remove the ABS fuse to disable the system.

After 5,000 miles of use without the ABS system functioning there is no evidence of warpage.

There was never an ABS error code indicated. Can anyone identify what could cause this ABS system to malfunction in this manner without error code indication? What do I need to do to fix problem?

Thanks for your assistance.
