Driveline and Clutch Questions 200 1990

Thanks in advance to ALL of those people that have helped me so far. This is an INVALUABLE resource of knowledge and information. My next little project-the Driveline Support. My Questions are this:
1) Who is the best (most reliable/longest lasting) manufacturer of the Flex-Shaft on the back of my M-47 Transmission? (Lemforder or ScanTech).

2) I was looking at replacing the Clutch since the entire thing will be apart. I was checking out Sachs and Exedy. Any preferences?

3) I will be replacing the Driveline Support/Tranny Mount/FlexiShaft and Possihly the Clutch (a few shifting problems-nothing major). Anything else I should look at replacing?

Thank You SO Much in advance for ALL of the help that has been provided to keep my "used" Brick up and running.

I don't know how to do the TAG lines, but it is a 1990 245 178K
