Charging System Problems 200 1981

1981 242, 4 cylinder non-turbo.

I need some advice from someone who knows more about this. My battery light is dimly glowing and glows brighter with each blink of the blinkers. Below is what I think is relevant information:

-Battery terminals are super clean.
-Alternator belts are snug.
-Voltage across battery terminal is 12.5 with engine off.
-Voltage across battery terminals is 13.3 at idle with no extra electrical load.
-Voltage across battery terminals is 12.2 at idle with AC full blast, high beams on, fan full speed, and interior light on.
-Post on back of alternator where fat red cable attaches is a bit loose. If I take the cables off and grab it, I can wiggle it a tiny bit with my fingers. It probably has always been like this.

I just got done installing a new wiring harness. I had the fat red wire grounded to the alternator case, and drew big sparks when hooking up the negative battery cable three times before figuring out what I had done to my car.

How do I test and diagnos more specifically from here?

Thanks in advance.
