I've been meaning for about a year to get my Bentley's, but haven't yet. This may be a good time...

If there is no mechanical idle adjust, what does the 'screw' on the Air Mass Unit do? I seem to remember my mechanic telling me that it had that function, and a rising-idle problem some time ago was fixed my loosening it.

All the fuses under the dash are ok, and the 25-amp fuse in hood is fine as well. If there are are any other fuses to check, I'm not aware of them yet. I have some free time tomorrow, and may try to figure out just what component exactly that wire goes to.
