On my wife's new used 960 wagon (130k) the back end is a somewhat low and a bit bouncy. I know that a worn shock will cause the bounce, will it also cause it to sag? Or do I need to replace the spring AND the shock to get the lift and the stability? Thanks for the help. This is our first volvo and we are very pleased so far.
