I'm trying to remove the air injection system from my '76 242. The holes under each of the exhaust ports on the head are threaded, but I can't figure out what the thread is. It seems similar to 1/4" NPT, but not quite. Doesn't seem to match any SAE or metric bolt thread either. Any ideas?
