Your A/C drain is clogged up. A piece of wire or better yet something rougher, like an old cable from a bike or lawnmower, inserted in the water drain hose, from below should clear it out. May get a shot of nasty black water coming out at first too.
It's on the firewall, down low, passenger side, above/behind the exhaust, a small black tube.
