Turbo Question? Am I hurting her????? 200 1982

Hi All,

I replaced my turbo over a year ago with a used oil cooled turbo that was in good shape.

The turbo has not worked once this whole year. Linkage is alright, etc.

My question is will this hurt the engine or turbo? The engine runs fine, it's somewhat of a dog, but doesn't use or leak any oil anywhere.

I'd like to get the turbo going, but haven't gotten to it yet.
