I have used eBay, and in fact, purchased a rear tail light assembly (usually very expensive) from New and Used Volvo Parts for under $100. I use eBay when I can instead of dealing with the seller directly because I have eBay fraud protection, can pay directly from my bank account with PayPal (instead of charging to a credit card), and can earn valuable feedback for myself. If you prefer not to, I have also had good telephone conversations with New And Used Volvo Parts (.com).
