Hi,

Thanks again for the thoughts and ideas, but no, not the case. Harness was replaced 7-8 months ago (with correct, double and triple checked connections) and car has been running flawlessly until Sunday morning. Failure/problem started suddenly then, no prior symptoms or gradual degradation. I KNOW what caused the problem: I noted to my son how well the car had been running ! :)

The suddenness of the failure makes me think it's something relativey simple, like a sensor or connection. Also, no blown fuses to indicate anything.
