Stalling and stuttering and hesitation. 200 1991

Hey there. My 91 240 has been having some problems lately. It doesnt happen all the time just every now and again. When i come to a stop the engine starts to Idle extremely rough. Almost like its running on 3 or less cylinders. When i go to excelerate it will only if i BARELY touch the pedal. After that it will bog down and just barely crawl(My grand mother could walk faster then it). Sometimes it will stall but it has only happened twice soo far. It will also hesitate when moving at any speed. The response is very bad. It takes 4 to 6 seconds for it to react.

NOTE: I popped the hood today to watch the engine idle and it seems to idle at all sorts of different speeds. When it was barely idleing it would then catch on and idle smooth then back to the bad idle, sometimes just above stalling

BUT, On a good day it will run like a champ with no problems at all.
Please Help i am very poor right now(aint it fun) and i dont feel like replacing parts that i dont need. We have just replaced the TPS(Throttle Position Sensor) a month ago and it seemed to fix it but it has since then been coming back in force.

This is everything, all the symtoms and all the problem right here. There is nothing else that i can think of.

~Thanks
