'88' 240 brake failure light won't go out 200

I have a 1988 240 dl without antilock brakes. The brake failure switch valve developed a leak that required replacement of the entire valve. After bleeding the brake the dash brake failure light stays on. I re-bled the brakes in sequence but the light still stays on. The brakes work fine. Can anyone tell me the secret to getting this light to go out. My daughter is taking the car to school in a few days and I want it to work correctly since it is 320 miles from here.

Concerned Pa.
