2500 mile trip with U-Haul and 245 SW!! 200

"I tried the wire by wire replacement and it worked OK. But all the wires looked the same when I went to replace the engine "

The wires on the other side of the grey connector on the firewall have the right colors. In my case, since I rerouted and used a poly covering per wire, I was able to reuse the wires (cut off the crumbled ends). The oil and alt wires are new since I followed a completely dif path (along firewall), but red and blk are easy to find.
