Alignment dilema... 700 1989

I can not figure this one out!! Brick ('89 740 Turbo) was tracking straight. Has 227,000 miles on it and I decided to reward its impeccable service by pampering her a little. New Boge Turo struts and shocks, new tires and an alignment. When all was done, she started pulling to the right!?!? I immediatly thought it was a bad alignment and took it back to the guys who did it (Tires Plus...perhaps my first mistake) They put it back up on the rack and it still pulls. They though perhpas it was the tires...still may be but I dont think so and while it was up on the rack...we spun the wheels. It seemed that the right wheel was not spinning all that freely. Particullarly when compared to the drivers side. The calipers were old and I figured perhaps it was time. So I bit the bullet and I installed (not Tires Plus!) new calipers, pads (OEM), and ATE sloted rotors (very nice rotors!) IT STILL PULLS TO THE RIGHT! Took it back to Tires Plus last night...the re alligned it...nothing. Any ideas????
