Rear suspension bushings- Any rule of thumbs?? 120-130

I'm replacing the rearend on my '65 122, and bought an IPD bushing kit for it. The repair manuals give no procedures on replacing these bushings. Are there any rule of thumbs on replacing them?? Any tricks?? Torque values??? Anything I need to know about the IPD bushings?? Is there a wrong way to install them??? They look symmetrical.

Which bushings need to be pressed in?? Looks like the front bushing for the torque rod needs to be pressed. How about the two bushings on the track bar??

Thanks-

Paul
